Meet Rosi Reeves of FIttLivin Fitness

Hello, my name is Rosi Reeves and welcome to FittLivin Fitness! My passion for health started as far back as I can remember. I was extremely active in sports as a young girl, primarily with soccer but I dabbled in quite a few sports growing up. I graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelors in Physical Education. I then taught at all levels, K-12, in my eight years of teaching. My last five years were spent teaching PE, Aerobics and Health and a high school as well as coaching the girl varsity soccer team.

Through my coaching and passion for training my players I obtained my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After having my daughter I left teaching to be home more and used my certification to teach group classes.

We moved to Michigan in May of 2015 where I began working, and am still, at the Detroit Athletic Club as the Wellness Director and personal trainer. Assisting people in their journey to be healthy and strong is my passion in life. I want to help people feel how great it feels to be strong and healthy. I've trained everyone from senior citizens with major physical ailments to Division 1 collegiate athletes. For me it is about sharing my knowledge of keeping our bodies strong and healthy so we can get the most out of life as possible.

My husband Jordan Reeves grew up in Utica, MI and we have two children Emma, 4, and Brody, 2.
