Rosi Reeves knowledge of fitness and nutrition helped me to achieve a level of fitness I didn't think I was capable of. Her passion and commitment to training is inspiring. Her classes are some of the most challenging, but also very rewarding. As an instructor she will consistently push your limits and encourage you along the way. I wish there were more trainers like Rosi! She will always have my highest recommendation.
It is extremely rare for me to look forward to working out. With Rosi as both a group and personal trainer, I look forward to showing up and staying committed. Whenever I have a reason I can't do something, she has five reasons I can. Not only are her classes fun and challenging, they are also very dynamic and never boring. Rosi takes the time when you meet with her to really understand your challenges and determine your goals. She then designs a program around you and your body to help you achieve those goals. I am getting married in a few short months and Rosi has helped my on my way to accomplishing my goals! I would highly recommend Rosi to anyone dedicated to achieving their fitness goals.
I have worked with Rosi over the past two years during my Christmas and summer vacation time. I am a D1 athlete at Central Michigan University, so I am typically on a rigorous workout schedule throughout the entire year. My goal when I am home for break is to not only stay in shape, but become stronger. While home, I have the opportunity to focus on my specific workout goals, rather than my volleyball team’s workout goals. Rosi has always pushed me to accomplish these goals and more.
Rosi provides me with workouts that are tailored to my needs as a volleyball player and my fitness preferences as a person. She incorporates volleyball movements within my workouts, such as shuffling and block jumping, while also focusing on cardio and strength training. I really enjoy running and cardio, but it is not always a focus we have as a team. Rosi provides a fast pace workout from start to finish, allowing me to use my strength for speed. Since Rosi plans a workout that has me working from start to finish, I always have to put in incredible work for an even more incredible result.
For my workouts, the strength portion of the hour was always after cardio and movement. Rosi would provide strength circuits for me, which continued the fast paced focus, often times focusing on the full body. I was always sore from these circuits. Each circuit was challenging both physically and mentally, yielding an amazing result and a feeling of accomplishment. I can confidently say these circuits have improved my strength, endurance, and overall have intensified my body’s tone.
While Rosi’s full body circuits toned my overall body, I can also completely credit Rosi to the toning in my abs. I mentioned that I wanted to work on my core strength when I first began with Rosi. By the time I finished my first Christmas break with her, I saw a noticeable difference that only continued to improved. The core portion consisted of different core workouts and circuits that she would vary each time we met. As with Rosi’s entire plan, the core was always a challenging and incredibly effective section of the workout.
I always look forward to being home so I can work with Rosi. While getting to know Rosi as both a trainer and a person, I genuinely enjoy spending time with her and completing her workouts. She challenges me through multiple physical and mental aspects which have noticeably improved my volleyball, endurance, and strength abilities. I have always left sweaty and feeling accomplished after my sessions, and I always wake up sore the next day. I could not be happier with Rosi’s workouts or the results they provide.
