Initial consultation, which includes a review of your fitness history, goal setting, a glimpse into your current nutrition lifestyle and training style suggestions is done at no cost.
Program pricing varies based on each personal plan and the level of involvement you are seeking. Small group sessions are also available. All sessions scheduled by appointment only.
